As of August 29, 2025, shipments from Canada to the U.S. valued under $800 USD will no longer be duty- and tariff-free under the U.S. de minimis exemption, unless the goods meet CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) requirements.
The vast majority of the products we sell are CUSMA compliant and we will make sure that we provide the proper paperwork on our end to ensure that all of these shipments enter the US in a manner that should eliminate the need for fees, duties or taxes.
We do not anticipate any issues with CUSMA goods however we do not have control over packages or processing once a shipment enters the US. If your order is held for processing or has charges assessed, you will be responsible for these charges.
The following products are not CUSMA compliant and WILL be subject to taxes, fees and duties. You will be responsible for these fees.

We bill in Canadian Dollars (CAD). That means if you work in the United States, your payment via credit card will reflect the exchange rate. You will have paid roughly 30-35% less than the CAD amount. You can't beat that.
Our freight rates to the US include all taxes and duties provided that each shipment is valued under $800.00 USD per client, per day. This is allowed under the de minimis exemption amendment of the Tariff Act of 1930 included in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.
