Attention All US Customers

As of August 29, 2025, shipments from Canada to the U.S. valued under $800 USD will no longer be duty- and tariff-free under the U.S. de minimis exemption, unless the goods meet CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) requirements.

The vast majority of the products we sell are CUSMA compliant and we will make sure that we provide the proper paperwork on our end to ensure that all of these shipments enter the US in a manner that should eliminate the need for fees, duties or taxes.

We do not anticipate any issues with CUSMA goods however we do not have control over packages or processing once a shipment enters the US. If your order is held for processing or has charges assessed, you will be responsible for these charges.

The following products are not CUSMA compliant and WILL be subject to taxes, fees and duties. You will be responsible for these fees.

Refund policy

Returns

We are a professional contractor focused site. We keep our prices very competitive and often offer discounted or free freight on qualifying orders. As such are return policy is very strict.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All refundable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping back to our location.  Items lost in transit are not our responsibility. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to cover lost or damaged returns.

Before sending a return, please contact us by email at woody@woodchuckflooring.com to get a return authorization. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment less the 25% restocking fee. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free freight an amount reflecting a fair shipping cost will also be deducted from the original order.
